My wife continually sends insulting e-mails to my work address...nothing threatening so far, just insulting e-mails. Are there any legal steps that I can take to end this? I know that I can block her from the address but we have two children and email is the best way for us to communicate concerning them. I just want the insulting e-mails to stop.

Change your email address. Give you children a yahoo address, one that you can easily delete emails from and that won't violate your workplace email policies.

You can't control how poorly your ex behaves. You can however, monitor the information and it is probably best not to use your work email for that.
