Who gets what

I have completed my answer/counterclaim, case information statement and insurance certification.
I have untill tomorrow to file, but all the state government offices are still closed because of the storm.
If I send it all out via registered mail what are the proceedures? Who gets how many copies of what?
Do I need to have her served via a serving agency or can I just send it certified and include the number with the paperwork I send the court as a certification of service?
