Okay, my cousin filed for divorce in Kentucky back in February 2012 and it still hasn't went any where. He completed his parenting classes as soon as possible and is waiting for his (soon to be ex) wife to even sign up for the classes. They had an agreement of the amount of child support he would send her but now she has changed her mind. Besides that, the divorce is at a stand still. My cousin's attorney, isn't really helping to much, she never answers his calls or his text messages and when she does and ask for him to send more information (and he does promptly) she acts as if she hasn't received the information. He has to send it to her like 5 times and then she responds that she received the first one, finally. Anyway, since she isn't any help. My question is, if my cousins (soon to be ex) wife, does not even sign up for the (required by Kentucky) parenting classes, can he still get his divorce finalized? If so, how can he accomplish this? He has completed everything he was suppose to do in a very timely manner, this is going on 10 months and it seems nothing has been accomplished. His attorney, really isn't doing anything, it seems. Thanks in Advance for any information and guidance you can give.
