I reside in the state of Michigan.
Greetings!
I've coded and completed the following website: www.ickydo.com. The purpose of this website is to be a meeting-ground so that folks can either obtain cheaper labor or make some extra money, e.g., Elderly Sue wants her grass mowed and cannot afford the commercial $40 per cut. Instead, she hires Young Billy to do it for $20 per week.
A website like this just seems to be asking for a lot of possible trouble. The last thing I want is for someone to get hurt through some type of negligence, e.g., Tommy says he can install Bud's car brakes. Tommy does a bad job. Bud's car can't stop and he crashing into another car. I don't want anyone to get hurt. I also don't want to be sued.
My website states that each user is responsible for who they choose to hire.
QUESTION: Will my User Agreement keep me protected? Here is the link to the agreement: http://ickydo.com/agreement.html
Thanks all!
