What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca I got divorced approx. 3 years ago here in Southern California. My ex ran a Day care in the back of the house. In the Divorce decree I kept the house in my name and she could continue to run day care from the back of the house until Sept 2012. Here it is, almost Dec. and she is still here because she waited till the last minute and cannot find another place to go. Is the Divorce decree a legal court document, or do I have to go back to court to force her out. Can I legally lock her out?

SHE made the mess and it's HIS problem?
Bali, if he were to attempt to lock her out (illegal eviction) he would be immediately totaling her business, and therefore her livelihood. If he follows through with a proper contempt or eviction if she loses her livelihood because she doesn't get on the ball and find somewhere else, then that is completely her problem.

I believe OP's question referred to legal remedies.
