Tmobile has me locked in a contract.
On november 23th 2012 i purchased a new phone from tmobile in my local mall. Everything went threw and I had my new phone and my new 2 year contract. On 11-30-12 I took the phone back to the same tmobile I bought it from. When I explained I wanted to cancle my contract and return the phone he said that is fine because I was still in a 14 day buyers return policy. When I showed him the phone he said evrything looks good and he began the cancelation process. He refunded me the money that I paid for the phone and charged me a 50 $ restocking fee which I paid. When the process was complete he relized HE made a mistake. He explained to me that the "box cover. Or sleeve that has the picture of the phone" was missing. I told him yea I dont have it. He said if I couldnt find it he coulnd return the phone to his manufacture. I said well u already gave me my money, took the phone back, and charged me a 50 $ restocking fee. And now the tmobile employee says he wont cancle my account because I dont have the sleeve to the box of thr phone. Is there anything I can do help me please. My email is- [email protected]
