Ct. My mom had a living trust made 6 years ago She is a resident of Florida. I am on the living trust and my sister is as well. Neither of us are married. I have a few Cd's my name only on them. If something happens to me can my sister who is also on the living trust have that money, or is there lots of legal work to go through? Is it better if I just put her name on my bank accounts, Cd's, etc.
I trust her.

The trust would not regulate YOUR assets. However, you could make your sister the beneficiary of your Cds/accounts etc, which would allow her to access them if you were to pass away.

What does the "living trust" have to do with the "few Cd's my name only on them"? You seem to be discussing two different things.
