Waited 90 days required by PA law. Filed 2nd Round of papers.

Got a notice today from the court that my papers had some errors.

I think I have corrected them however the one I'm stumped on

Here is what they said. "the proposed order attached to the praecipe fails to request that the martial settlement agreement provided by the plantiff to the court be incorporated in the divorce.

My question is...
What form should this be on and what should it say?

YOu need a proposed order that states that the marital settlement agreement be incorporated into the final decree of divorce. Why do you need a form for that? What form did you file that was a proposed order?

i did not file any proposed orders. the seperation agreement was submitted with the 1st round of paperwork.

So essentialy I need to file a proposed order that states the seperation agreement needs to be incorporated into the final decree. is there a sample of a proposed order some where out there?
