If we each have custody of one child , sell and split the house, do we still have to pay child support to eachother? if so, she earns much more than me, does that means she should pay more than me?
do i even have a chance at having custody of one child?

In that situation, she would likely pay support to you.

As was previously stated, courts don't like to split siblings if it can be avoided.

Get your portion of the equity in cash. If she gets custody, pay your child support as you go.

Courts don't really love splitting up siblings. If you get custody of both kids, she will be paying YOU child support, which will help with the expense. Don't make it about money, make it about what's best for the children.
what facts do courts based on upon deciding who gets custody? the problem is i think the chances are low for me.

Who is the primary caretaker of the children now? You, since you're not currently working? The one who takes them to the schoolbus or to school, the one who takes them to the doctor, the one who puts them to bed...etc.

i just recently lost my job, usually we both take care of them or by turns, its hard to say who puts them to sleep, but about a month ago, she moved both kids bed to a room with her, and i live in one room...now it looks like she did that on purpose...
