Thank you. I will be sure to read it through. What do you suggest I bring to court if anything? If I want to make any modifications to the order and I get the necessary forms etc done, can I present them to the court that day?

That's going to depend somewhat on the judge. My own family court judge will not hear any argument about anything that isn't already on the docket that day (and I like it that way.) I have been before other judges that will hear new related petitions though. Personally, I don't like surprises; I like knowing why I'm going in to court and exactly what I'm faced with. Any other business i have, I'll bring in as a separate filing and request the hearing date if necessary.

I understand. And as for this particular topic, the non payment of support, should I bring anything with me besides a print out of his payment history? Copies of correspondence between us regarding his non payment?

I would supply the relevant correspondence to the AG. If they plan to submit any of it as an exhibit, they'll want it as early as possible. They'll have the payment history, but it never hurts to compare records. As they're the party bringing the action (so I've gathered from the thread), they should be prepared with what they need. It won't hurt to contact them and ask if they need anything from you prior to the court date.
