Too many factors involved to make a guess.

Godfathers are typically scotch and amaretto. Lets call those two shots each. 3 12 oz beers, 5 hours, 160 lbs...the estimator puts you at .093%.
You're still over the prima facie limit. Of course, you can be convicted of being intoxicated below .08, they do have to show impairment at that level though.

AFAIK, the bac tables are based on studies on healthy young men, which may not reflect the demographics of those stopped for DUI. Worse, there is no mention of the confidence intervals or any other measure of variance.

I think these official and widely-promulgated tables just give a false sense of reassurance to a significant number who are drunk.

You are likely somewhere between .04 and .08, but you can still be impaired UNDER .08. A lot will depend on the officer's observations as well as the chemcial test.

Consult legal counsel ASAP.

Highly unpredictable. You won't get the blood results back for 1-2 months. Please let us know the results.

But since we are guessing here: 0.10, since you were taken to the station on the basis of your field tests and PAS.

OT: Is there any reason to ever submit to field tests? Why not just stand around for 15 minutes and then just blow into the PAS machine? If you are drunk, then you will fail both (oops, not fail, just consistent with the officer's suggestion of a DUI). If you are not drinking or taking drugs, then how do field tests help you?

Best- under the legal limit.

Worst- over the legal limit.

What is my prize?:)

You don't get a prize.

Over 0.08 = you're over the per se limit and the State's burden is met. You're presumed to be intoxicated.

Under 0.08 = you can still be found guilty even if you're below the per se limit, but the State has not yet met it's burden.

(Yes, I know, it might seem like semantics to some but there we have it)

SIGH, always gotta be one person to expound on it and take the prize. :(
