What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida. I live in Florida. My grandson lives in Missouri. My son tried to get visitation set up in Missouri last year but ran out of money. They were never married. Mother verbally promised me I'd still get to see my grandson after she married but has cut off all contact, will not return any calls, messages, etc.

Depends upon the circumstances, definitely depends upon the law in MO:

You would be better off helping your son pay for his attorney. It would cost you a LOT more to pursue your own lawsuit.
