What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

if my new wife left me for her ex and openly admits now that she never really loved me and just married me to try and get over him and she knew prior to that i was against divorce and that i hold marriage as sacred and not just a vow between 2 partners but also a vow before God till death do us apart, do i qualify for an annulment of my marriage so that it can be legally erased as if we where never married? she did deceive me and use me as a tool for her own personal gain with no rerguard to my beliefs on matter or what it would do to me or how would hurt or affect me, she deceived me into marriage under false pretenses in my eyes so does that qualify me for an annulment of my marriage? because i don't think what she done was right or fare and if i am forced to go through a divorce than not only does she get to break my heart but my spirit and who i am as a person and whole, and she will bring down my beliefs and force me to defy my Beliefs and my God and i really fell for her lies and

You may be able to get a religious annulment if your church does such things. On the civil side, you will most likely have to settle for divorce.

I really suggest therapy for you. You need to learn not to put so much of your self-worth into another person.
