What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA
My final divorce decree states the following sentences that contradict one another:
Once the minor child begins school, Defendant, shall have custodial time on Tuesdays, Thursdays, every other weekend and alternating holidays.
Then it says:
Once the minor child begins school, Plaintiff shall be awarded permanent primary physical custody of the minor child with the parties having joint legal custody. Defendant should be awarded standard visitation rights with the minor child as set forth in the Mother's parenting plan.
The parenting plan does state standard visitation rights of every other weekend but does not mention Tuesdays nor Thursdays.
Are both parts binding?
