Maybe because you are apparently a Person in Need of Supervision. You don't get to do what you want w/o consequences. Being moved is a consequence of your misbehavior.
No. That's not how it works. Last place was real good. I guess someone else needed 'real good' more.

?
I don't usually lose my phone. Why would I need to use remote voicemail if I have my phone? And how many voicemails have I even had on my phone in the last 6 months? Send me a FB msg or tweet.

Look.

Just stop.

You're posting for no reason.

You probably need to be locked up in a juvenile detention facility, seeing as how you are too immature to handle a normal probation. You lose your phone but can't be bothered to check your messages via another phone. You would have known your PO was trying to get a hold of you if you had. Actually, if you really did lose your phone, I think you would have been checking your messages so you didn't miss any calls from your friends. I think you knew your PO wanted you to retest and you knew you'd fail so now you're claiming to have lost your phone. Enjoy the repercussions of your stupidity.

What's with the conspiracy? I never check my voicemail remotely. I didn't feel like I had any reason to. I definitely don't have my phone anymore. I was with my friends and going to school, I didn't need a bunch of calls. Everyone uses twitter and FB. I could still use the internet. I did a second drug test, after I went back to my foster home and they said the PO wanted me, and I passed.

So your foster parents knew where you were (I'm not talking during school - I mean the rest of the time)? They were able to contact you? Or were you AWOL? I would suspect that THEY required you to let them know where you were. Not just show up three days later. Your PO tried to get hold of you. When he couldn't, he likely contacted them (or they may have contacted him, when you took off to stay with friends). And when it turned out that none of them were able to contact you? You were violated. Too bad, so sad. Now man up and deal with the consequences of your behavior.

Having worked with JP in my long life, I can tell you what this person is doing. He's using us to fine tune his con and is improving his ability to argue, seeing what will and will not fly. Because he is totally without the instinctive ability to determine what the "right" take on this situation would be for normal people. He's trying to figure it out. Can I argue this? Can I say that? How do people respond when I say this..? Should I play the foster card? Nobody loves me. Okay, that flew a little way. How about "My contract says...." You're playing this board, just like you're trying very hard to learn to play the system. Is it appropriate, are they likely to give mercy to people who "lose" things? Is that a legitimate defense? I didn't move my things. Does that fly as I didn't move? Can they? is my PO just threatening me? Little Charles Manson hatching here.
We need to let codyboy go to bed and figure this one out for himself.

Back in my Family Court days, we'd share the courtroom with the PINS/criminal cases, and you have no idea how on the money you are. You would never think some of these kids could be cunning enough to do it, but you could almost see different "drafts" of the excuses come out each appearance.

In any event, one of the judges there literally "wrote the book" on the subject (http://www.amazon.com/York-Juvenile-Delinquency-Practice-ebook/dp/B00904LJF2), so OP, if you want to learn more, start reading.

In the adult world, dealing with professionals, especially COURT OFFICERS, one does not use twitter and FB to communicate in a professional capacity one on one. Even though my business phone is a cell phone, I frown upon using it for even TEXTING with clients or contacts (not friends or family though). See, in the real world there's a reason people want to talk on the phone: THEY CAN PROVE THEY DID OR DID NOT CONTACT YOU.

How can you get violated over 'nothing'? DOn't you have to break one of the rules that's written down?
To miss a drug screen is considered a failed test. Thousands or hundreds of thousands of people on probation over the years have been violated and put in jail for that same reason.

This road you are going down is a frustrating losing proposition. When on probation you must "keep the peace and be of good behavior", your p.o. pretty much can violate you whem they
want (as you are now learning).
