What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Florida
From a citizen point of view. If they hear something on the news that has claimed to have caused the federal beura of investigations to arrest somone who is a citizen of The United States of Amerca that has illegidegly from what I have understood has done something the news calls 'hack' to a electronics device using something called software with all of our if I may information or possably yours and my phone numbers on it and the situation is concerning terrorism prevention hardware and software or military hardware or software, there was no exact infromation as to which devision of the united states has ignorantly lost information and has said they will do everything they can in arresting a person to bring justice to america. My question hear is, is there a way to seek some kind of justice not only to ensure that this never happens again on the grounds that they cannot prove that Myself or any individual that does wish to receive justice have not been what they call a victim of a 'leak' by such a terribly irresponsable leadership concerning the safety and well being of our entire nation and also is there a court that anyone here would recommend for a matter of such great importance.

Grammar and correct punctuation are your friends. I've read your post three times and still don't understand your question.

My question is what courts are used for terrism counter measures and is there a civil court for that type of complaint.

For a complaint that could strengthen americas defense by gaining a respectable source of information from our security teams. Thats the question that I want to ask the courts for recompense of. My name my number my families name theres no telling who elses name might have been taken by some small town joe who I do not wish to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

From a citizen's point of view: They hear something on the news that has claimed to have caused the Federal Bureau of Investigations to arrest someone who is a citizen of The United States of America.

This person has illegally/allegedly/illegidegly (from what I have understood) done something that the news calls "hack into an electronics device," using something called software, which has all of our, if I may, information like phone numbers on it. The situation is concerning terrorism prevention hardware and software or military hardware or software. There was no exact information on which division of the United States has ignorantly [an aside: this seems to be a favorite word ;)] lost information. It is said they will do everything they can to arrest a person and bring justice to America.

My questions here are: Is there a way to seek some kind of justice, to ensure that this never happens again?

On what grounds can they prove it? [an aside: I am not sure I have this right]

What if I, or any other individual, do not wish to receive justice? [an aside: not sure I have this right]

What if we have been a victim of a "leak" by such a terribly irresponsible leadership? This concerns the safety and well being of our entire nation!

Also, is there a court that anyone here would recommend for a matter of such great importance?
I think I have done adequate editing (although I had some problems with the wording of the questions). The post, at any rate, may now be easier to read. :)

So, you're going to make the decisions on who can and cannot be prosecuted? If you don't want them prosecuted they shouldn't be? And you should be able to sue if they are? The rest of us don't get a vote? Is THAT the question?

In what way do you believe you are authorized to make decisions for the rest of America?

You have asked me in what way I believe I am authorized to make decisions for the rest of america.

I never said they shouldn't be prosecuted but people who are suffer very much abuse and are led by very forward people.

errigour, you have posted to this forum before but you wrote with much more clarity in those posts. Excuse all of us if we are having difficulty understanding exactly what it is you wish to accomplish (and sorry if my editing job did not capture your real concerns properly). :)

There are others like you who are upset with the fact that their personal identifying information (please note I did not say private information) has potentially been compromised. There will, no doubt, be some sort of legal action taken by someone or ones against another or others at some point in time over the privacy and security issues recently made public by the media.

Again, contact the American Civil Liberties Union in your area. They are on top of the matter and can be a good source for information, if you feel you or your family has been targeted in any way.

Good luck.

(to cbg: I wish I had an excuse for the time I spent with the editing. . . .I have a lot of work I should be doing right now but I am, apparently, easily distracted ;))
