Judgement on former tenant. Wages garnished but quit job. Skip trace?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Have a judgement for a former tenant and had been garnishing wages. Tenant since quit job , though confident tenant has a new job.

Presuming a skip trace might be required to locate new job to continue garnishing wages, though many of the tools I'm finding are on the expensive side for a one-time need. Anyone been through this process or could recommend a cost-effective means to locate ex-tenant's new job?

Thank you,

-pr.
