Are you paying for the cell phone service or is Dad?

It is so hard to get a straight answer to things I ask. Here's the story that was given yesterday (by son to cop). He said it's his uncle's (dad's brother) phone but he (son) pays for his service. When asked how much he pays, he couldn't come up with an answer because he hadn't yet had to pay a bill. So, I don't know.

I spoke to some folks today (police and attys). There is no no-contact order. I can go to dad's and get him. So that is my first step later. Of course whether he comes or not is another discussion. But I do have the court's order from Monday saying that he is to be returned to home. So I don't know if that will help in getting an assist if he refuses. But that's my first plan today.

If you don't pay for the phone, then you need to give it back to Dad.
