What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio. Looking for the best place to get access to Arrest records - Free or pay per view. My children just enformed me their mother spent the weekend in jail. I'm assuming this is relation to non-payment of C/S she owes me [warrent issued]. Regardless, I need to find out what's up as she just threatened me with going back for custody [again]. I've already tried the county municipal court portal but nothing has shown up. Is this something our GAL could get her hands on more easily? TIA.

Google your county jail and see if they have an inmate information page. That may give you some information. What do you hope to use the information? An arrest record is not going to count for much.

Thanks. Last week she brought up going back to court [for the 4th time] to get custody and then a few days later the kids said they didn't see her because she spent the weekend in jail, so I want to find out if this is true. While anything is possible I know the FSCCEA had a warrant issued for her arrest due to non-payment on our C/S order. Should that be true that can't play to her advantage in her most recent attempt to gain custody.

Just called juvenile court, they confirmed what I was told, and said they'd have a court date for me this afternoon. The sherrif's office and the Clerk of Courts said it was a "Contempt of couty" misdemeanor tied to our juvenile [CUSTODY] order. Thanks for the tip. I'll just show up for court and find out what's up myself.
