Either is slang. It's actually DUI

More appropriately, since "drunk" or "drunken" is not legally defined nor can it be objectively established, it is IMPAIRED driving. DUI generally meaning Driving Under the Influence (i.e. impaired), or DWI, meaning Driving While Impaired.
