Advice needed?Attempting to sell my aunt's house when the house is in the will?

The phone was a bogus issue anyway.

Since,at this time the aunt wants the sister there.The aunt is in her right mind.There's nothing anyone can do about it.
Until,the aunt is told by the judge not in her right mind nothing can be done to stop the sister from spending aunt's money.

There is either some miscommunication going on here or Indiana is in the dark ages regarding protection against elder financial abuse.

No there's no miscommunication.I called adult social services and spoke with a lady today.I explain everything as I stated on this thread to the lady on the phone.
For the sister hiding the phone from my aunt there is nothing I can do about it, is what social services explained.Because,as of right now the aunt is legally able to make her own decisions until a doctor and judge says other wise.The aunt has dementia very bad.My opinion, the aunt has no idea what is going on.Social services tells me if the aunt want's her in the house there's nothing anyone can do about it.The aunt has the right not to have accsess to a phone if she pleases.I explained they are hiding the phone.Social services states it doesn't matter.They are hiding the phone so aunt can't dial 911.Social services states it doesn't matter.
The sister and the boy friend told the aunt the phone is broke is why the phone is removed from the wall.But,the truth be told they don't want the aunt to dial anymore 911 calls until the POA & the will goes thru.I explain this all to Social services they state it doesn't matter.If you don't beleive me?Contact Social services and ask what can you do if someone is hiding a phone from a elderly person from dialing 911 and see for your self what they tell you?The fact is the aunt has dementia very bad.so bad she has not aclue about what's going on.Until a doctor and judge says other wise nothing can be done.I told the sister to take the aunt to the doctor to have her checked out to see for sure if she is her right mind.The sister states no not until the will & POA goes thru or everything will go to the state.A big scam & joke this is .There is no law to protect elderly people from this happening until they see a doctor and judge.

(3):find the will and get it changed,become POA.
(4):After all funds are transferred to sister's accounts.Take aunt to doctor to get verification aunt can't do things on her own.
(5):Go to judge for guardianship.
(6)lace aunt in nurcing home.
Take money and run**************....Come back for reading of the will to get the rest if any.

Sometime today I'm gonna call the attorney that did the will and hope the attorney will want to know what is going on.If the attorney gives me enough time to even speak with him.After that I will contact the Social services one last time to inform them of any signs of abuse I feel is going on.I contacted the police dept the other day asking for a wellness check stating people at the house is hiding the phone removing the right for the aunt to be able to dial 911.I have a police scanner in my home.The wellness check checked out fine from what I heard on the scanner.The darn thing is,if the cops would of asked where is the phone?They would of said it don't work or broke.But,if anyone would of simply plugged in a standard house phone into the jack they would fine the line is in operation.This has been going on for over a month now.Why haven't anyone bought a new house phone to simply check the line?Yes,I understand you may say the phone is bogus anyway.The point is the aunt can't dial 911 to report any abuse if there is or was that's the point.Same example of why phone services offer elderly free phone line for calling 911?Because,the phone company's care.
On my behalf,I have not a clue what the aunt is worth/value in the will or how much she has or value.As far as I know she could be worth a million dollars or more.Or may just be broke from all the other past people sucking her dry.What ever it is no amount of money is worth the hell I'm going through with this right now.I heard people on this forum telling me to report it now,call the cops,call Social services .Well,I followed all your advice.Nothing has changed and nothing can be done.As of now the aunt is over 90 plus yrs old and the 911 service is not a option for her as we speak and not a thing I can do about it.If she is being abused?She don't have a phone to call 911.This system is wrong and not right.
How?example,let's say your mom has dementha and it's becoming worse day by day.You know the time to place her in a nurcing home will be coming soon.The time between now and the time taking her to a doctor to have a doctor state she is unable to handle things on her own and the court hearing.That's the time elderly people need the most protection from money suckers.Because,thats the time the family is hiding money & transferring funds so the nurcing home don't get it.And that money is untraceable because,during the time between you mom is legally in her right mind.You know she isn't in her right mind but,legally until court judge she is as open for the money suckers.That's why you always hear people say "Oh,your aloud to give a donation upto $10,000 a yr."This legal system is wrong and corrupted.

And then when you get your sister removed from caring for your aunt then you will step in and do it. Hence you will then be responsible for her money.

My sister removed our aunt's house phone from the wall.My sister's reason for this is,Our aunt is calling 911 to many times accusing abuse by my sister.

That is a Class A Misdemeanor under IC 35-45-2-5. Call the police.

I didn't see it stated anywhere that the sister was definitely not abusing the aunt in any way (thereby committing a crime). Granted, I could have missed it somewhere in the OP's huge blocks of text. One could reasonably assume that abuse claims were unsubstantiated due to the large number of calls and the fact that the sister is still living in the house, but I prefer not to assume.

I contacted and reported this matter of my aunt to the Social services and upfronted the attorney about this matter as well.The Social services are very interested why the attorney did the will in the state of my aunt.They staed they will be contacting the Bar ASS.NBA.As for me I did what I needed to do I reported it.That's all I can do.I have removed my self from the will and POA.I'm out of it thank god.Let the sister ding her own hole.Time will tell.
