What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana.
I got injuried on the job.I haven't been working with the company for very long.I was told the company will unload anyone that reports a injury.I'm affraid to report this injury because,I don't want to lose my job.I'm still under my 30 day probation.I haven't reported a thing.It's been a few days now.What can I do?

You have a two fold problem now. Had you reported a work injury timely, you would theoretically have been covered by WC. Now you will likely have violated company policy by not promptly reporting and a claim might be denied due to the delay. No one can decide whether you should report or not report an injury. We cannot predict the likelihood you would suffer long term based on the info given.

I'm asking this for a friend.What could he do if this ever happens again?The company is known to fire ya if ever injured.Unfair to report a injury then get fired.

Tell your "friend" that it is illegal to fire someone for reporting a work related accident, even if you've only worked there one minute.

Right. The sooner he reports the injury and gets treatment for it, the more likelihood there is that he'll be kept on the job. Because even if you fall and break your leg walking into the plant on the first day of your work, you're still covered by worker's comp. What kind of injury is it that he isn't telling anyone and he's able to keep working and hide it? He needs to report it at once if it's some sort of strain or pain that he's been able to conceal up to now. There are laws against retaliatory firing after a worker's comp claim has been filed. The longer he waits, the less easy it will be to show it was a work related injury.
