My ex wife will not abide by dissolution

I live in TN, In my dissolution agreement it states "The parties agree that 15 acres of land shall be sold for a commercially reasonable price as soon as practicable, and the net proceeds be divided equally". It took me
3 years to get her to sign a contract with a real estate agent, and then she only agreed to a ridiculously high
price. This land will NEVER sell at what she wants. What can I do?

Go back to court to have the order enforced.
