Sorry....finding the original thread was turning into a nightmare for me.

FINALLY got the judge's decision back. Court was September 11. Motion for contempt against Ex for not paying his half of out-of-pocket medical expenses.

She took gave him a pass regarding the contempt because "he was laboring of the mistaken belief that he can simply ignore _______ communications or refuse to pay his share of medical expenses until she has proven to his satisfaction that they are medically necessary..." However he was ordered to pay the full amount ($450) within 60 days.

The judge opined that Ex's arguments made no logical sense and were in contravention of our original orders; She also went on to say that he made wholly unsupported claims that I was blocking his access to medical records; AND...(this is my favorite) EX's testimony was not credible. My testimony was credible and I supported my testimony with documentation.

I realize that him paying is still questionable....but it my little moral victory that someone, outside my friends and family, saw through Ex's machinations and manipulations.

Might not the cause of your “nightmare” be traced to your having posted dozens upon dozens of similar self-absorbed chatroom blogs over the past few weeks?

And curiously, as an admitted “worker” in Montana’s “legal community” (8/17/13) how do you justify doing so during normal working hours?

Well, "worker" means very different thing to different people. I'm sure all the road crew guys I see standing around watching that one guy work see themselves as workers, too.

We LIKE updates about what actually ended up happening in court. Latigo's "dig" was completely unwarranted.

#1) I haven't posted to any other forums but here, in a very long time.
#2) I do get a lunch break. I do not access this site when I'm on the clock.

And frankly, I don't understand your hatefulness.

Just ignore him...he gets wild hairs sometimes that make no sense...such as this time.

I've read some of latigo's posts going way back, and some of it was quite useful information. Everything I've read from the last two years is utter rubbish. It strikes me as a retired attorney in the early stages of dementia.

Or, there's an absolute and drastic lack of "something" going on and this forum serves as a punching board.

I was poking back at the guy commenting on "workers" daytime postings in a posting made at 3:17 p.m. My apologies if I was too obscure.

I truly appreciate some of the comments I have received in the past, as well as the criticism and yes, even the harsh criticism.

All of that made me put things in perspective, it also made me realize where I was wrong. It helped show me where I was thinking and behaving on pure emotion, instead of logical and rational thought!

I am much better equipped to handle whatever comes in trying to deal w/ an Ex who is less than willing to be a co-parent.

I still think and act on emotion sometimes but, I can now realize those actions and thoughts for what they are....

So, this is my great big THANK YOU for all suggestions, comments, criticism and what I perceived at the time as "MEAN" responses.:):):)
