He's having a problem understanding that none of this is his business.
And I am pretty sure it was my business as soon as he didn't take no for an answer and I got offended by his non stop rude remarks.

If I was a woman and he kept messaging me sexual things and his phone number non stop, you would probably all say hes harassing and stalking me or something, but since I am a man, you assume I am a homophobe. wow

I could care less if he was gay, I didn't appreciate being harassed with sexually explicit details and found this person to be extremely inappropriate. If I was a woman and a guy kept messaging me his phone number and address and asking me to do dirty things over and over I am sure you would all say its harassment but since I am a guy I am a homophobe. wow
I would (and have) tell her the same thing I told you block and delete. It really *is* that simple. People on dating sites have no way of tracking you down unless you give them personal information. Did you?

Dating sites allow you to block those you find offensive. Did you?

And the reason you didn't ignore the contact is....what?

Delete button didn't work?

But that means he wouldn't have anything to write about here!

... but if I am in the right I am in the right. ...
There is nothing "right" about what you wish to do, chucky. You have no right to harm another person.

If you are as heterosexual as you claim, perhaps you might want to be concentrating on the heterosexual relationship you are seeking and stop spending so much of your time thinking about this gay guy and sex on his office desk.

So you all seem to think propositioning people for sex over and over after they say no and to have sex with strangers at work is normal ok behavior? Well my opinion is this guy is a Grade A moron who doesn't deserve his job to be quite frank. Why don't you all hire him as your baby sitters and give him a promotion at his job. Lets be sure to give him a pat on the back.

If he had taken no for an answer and said really any legal sexual act that he wanted to do at his house, I would not be posting on here or concerned in any way.

Don't forget the butt prints Proserpina brought up. What a visual!

Oooh! I bet there's a copier in the office too! Bonus butt prints!

Are you speaking legally or ethically? Two different things. I got all the ethical arguments already. Really only interested in the legal. Thanks!

Your opinion is completely and utterly irrelevant. Thankfully.

Since you raised the issue though, I do find him less creepy than the guy-who-says-he-doesn't-want-contact-but-Googled-anyway.

Since you asked.

Your last name is Manning and you're still peeved at losing the game today.

That's my theory.

Try THIS on for size.

If the other person were an aggressive WOMAN who happened to like having sex in her office, and that place of business just happened to deal with children, would you STILL be so concerned about those kids' parents knowing what she did at work with other men?

I'll bet the answer is NO. Why? Because being a sexually aggressive woman would be acceptable to most heterosexual guys. A woman who likes to have sex on her desk at work? That would be ADVENTUROUS, not weird or inappropriate. The problem YOU described is about a gay man having the same proclivities, and now it's blasphemous and unthinkable that someone like THAT who works with CHILDREN should be acting in such a manner.

You are the one who made the comment that the person was gay. You are the one who intimated that having sex at work with a gay man who just happened to work with children was something the kids' parents needed to know about. I assure you that there are probably far more men AND women who engage in sex on their desks at work where children may be around. As long as the door is closed and locked, and they are not providing a show to the kids while they do their thing, who the heck cares about what they do behind closed doors? It's none of MY business. Heck, if they have such a healthy sex life and are that adventurous, more power to 'em, I say. It really isn't (and SHOULDN'T be) any business of the parents, either.

As a parent myself, I don't feel the need to know about the intimate details of the sex lives of all of the adults who interact with my kids - unless they are a child molester or they pose a direct danger to my child. Otherwise, it's just none of my business who they have sex with, where they have sex, and whether they do it with men or women. I just don't need to know that much about it.

Yes I would have a problem with this. Maybe I am old fashioned but work isn't the place for sex. Your home or their home is the place for sex, or a hotel room. LOL. Now if you had a private office where it was only you who worked there, sure an exception I think could be made but this was at a corporate office and specifically on other peoples desks. Sorry, I just don't feel its right for anyone to be doing it in a shared environment like that. I wouldn't appreciate someone doing that on my desk and I definitely would be very upset if I came in to finish up work after hours and saw it with my own two eyes.

But just think of what happens to your work space when you're not there.

The janitor could be having relations with his girlfriend...or her girlfriend...or his boyfriend...right where you sit.

(Do they sell Luminol to the general public?)

I already told you (I think more than once) that what you are contemplating doing can get you sued. That is the legal part.

I cannot tell you if you would win a defamation suit if one were filed against you because I have no idea what you will publish about this guy. If what you have posted here about him is any indication, however, I would guess you would not fare too well.

Seriously, chucky, just forget this guy. Move on with your life.
