The creepy bloke down the street lives with his sister and her boyfriend who is the only one of them who can afford the area. Everyone has put up No Trespassing signs because he has been registered as having an unhealthy attraction to children.

Yes. Along with your neighbor, your neighbor's BFF, your neighbor's goldfish... and the creepy bloke from down the street.

:D

Respectfully, adoptions are reversed constantly, and seeing as the children are not being cared for, and "I" am the one supporting them financially almost COMPLETELY, and seeing as an almost 70 year old and almost 80 year old with dementia have been neglecting and abusing them, and seeing as for 3 years my son and I were involved regularly in their lives, I am pretty sure a judge would at MINIMUM state that I have established cause for legal visitation. I was asking on here to see more how I go about filing as my own attorney, and what the heck I need to do to start the process. Not to hear nasty people who seem to get off on telling people rude and nasty things. So unless you have advice on what steps I can take legally to at least petition for a visitation order, please do not respond to me. I will ignore it.
Wrong. Adoptions are not reversed constantly. And you haven't answered how they are being neglected or abused. And you don't have standing to file for visitation. You also have no clue regarding the law in Ohio. In addition, you are not the children's mother if your aunt and uncle ADOPTED them. Furthermore, state social workers don't get commission as you have been told. Petitioning for a visitation order requires that you have standing. If these children were adopted then you do not have standing. The person to blame for that is the person you see when you look in the mirror. There are consequences to actions and you are finding out what they are.

I am not entirely sure that an adoption actually happened since it sounds like mom might be paying child support.

Also, why would an adoptive mother want to establish paternity for one of the children? That also happened after the alleged adoption.

Mom may not actually have the correct info.

And if she didn't adopt the children THEN I answered her in my first post of this thread:

In Ohio, you have to prove a substantial change of circumstance in the life of the children. What evidence do you have that she abuses and neglects the children ?Has CSB intervened with her custody? Do you have visitation rights? If not, go back to court for a court ordered visitation schedule. What does your order (without using names) state regarding contact?
She is the one who stated they adopted the children. And she is also the one who has avoided answering the questions I have asked.

I suspect that she doesn't know the answers...or doesn't know the correct jargon to explain what actually happened.

Then she needs to (a) listen to the answers she gets, (b) educate herself and(c) lose the attitude towards those who are trying to help her for free. We can only go by what she shares.

And if she doesn't know what happened, in addition to what Stealth says, she is not equipped to represent herself at this point.
