What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AL
I read this on an Insurance site...
A residence is considered vacant when it is without contents or occupants.
There are no occupants, but there is still contents in the house.
I also have active ADT Service; I have a friend that lives across
the street that does a regular walk through, and watches over the
property; The ac comes on when it gets hot, and goes off when it
cools down; I have lights that come on at night, and go off when the
sun comes up; There is a car sitting in the drive-way.
Does insurance still consider this a vacant home?
