What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS
Hello, I make 2.00 a mile and my employer is deducting .50(per mile) off that for "workers comp" I am a 1099 employee & use my own truck, whom should have no deductions whatsoever. On top of that they do not show the deduction on my pay stub. The last company I worked for did not do this. So I have been back & forth with my new employer trying to explain that this is not legal (to my knowledge)
ANY HELP!?
