What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I need to acquire a copy of a retired mobile home title for my doublewide so i can sell it, the previous owner says he had sent it into the state to have it retired, i do not have a copy of that paper saying its retired, when i called Penndot she told me to look for a certain form, fill it out and send it in, i have this form, from the notary, but it is not what i need, anyone have any ideas how i can get a copy of this info?

i need it asap i have a buyer and the bank is waiting, where can i get this fast?

If the mobile home has axles underneath it...

Then its probably personal property (yes even a double wide).
Check with DMV.
