can tenant ask other tenant to leave

We have another tenant who is a big druggie , he is using dealing stealing entering other tenants rooms at night, can we ask him too leave the premesis!!

Anywhere in America, the answer to the OP's question is absolutely, positively, YES.

Unfortunately, the question that the OP is really trying to ask is if s/he can FORCE the other tenant to leave. In the US, the answer to that is most likely, NO.
 
You should probably report this behavior to the Police and the landlord first. One tenant can ask another tenant to leave until their blue in the face. The only one that can actually get them out is the landlord.

Hello again and im in Pa. in the usa landlord has been told several times a week for the past few months , police have been informed but investigation may take months.

Yes all renting rooms , although property is supposedly a single family home and not cert'ed as a rental property, police and township officials are on the case . so something is going too happen very soon.

If via local ordinance at city / county level a rental license is required, this may not be such a big issue since all the LL might have to do is apply for one and pay any applicable penalty as well. BUT since you all are renting rooms you can keep pressure up by calling the police as needed and your LL will be the one who bears the brunt of this problem since it will be local govt that gets on him /her about this. BUT no matter what here know that unless a LL has hard proof for lease violations other than non pay its not always easy to get tenants out.
