Weed head roommate how to get out the lease

I currently live with an roommate in a year lease at a apartment complex. She is consistently smoking weed (new habit she has recently started). Do I have a legal right to break our lease early without being held responsible for a early termination fee due to illegal activity. What rights do I have at all? My lease states to end our lease a 60 day notice must be given with 2 months of rent upfront when submitting the notice. Is there a loophole if illegal activity is being done? I live in Louisiana.

There is a reason the site asked what state your in. But simple answer is unless your lease grants you a way to end it early with zero penalty NO your not able to just break it with no penalty to your self.

Since you are not telling us what state you live in then I suggest you ship her off to the mid east where she wont be able to smoke pot again (or call the police and report her use of illegal substance ) OR give the notice the lease calls for.
