What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado/California

I'm married and have one child with my husband. We moved to Colorado less than 90 days ago. Can I take our child back to California our "home" state and file for divorce and do our custody proceedings through there?

Just want to make sure I am not breaking any laws of the UCCJEA.

Thank you in advance!

You could return to CA with the child, as you have not been in CO long enough to establish residency. However, you might not be able to file for divorce in CA right away.
