Did you and the X agree to this visitation schedule between yourselves, or did you file in court and establish it as a court order for visitation/custody? If it's court ordered, he would only face contempt if he failed to return the children at the ordered time. If he isn't showing up for visitation~ there's nothing you can do about that. Visitation is a Right, not an obligation.PickleZ said:What is the name of your state? MD

My ex and I agreed to a visitation schedule. My ex followed it for a few months and has blown it off since August. What should I do about this? Is this a contempt of court issue? Or, should I just not bother to do anything about it?
My ex wants my kids cell phone numbers. I'm the CP and bought the cell phones for my teen age sons and the numbers are in my name. I view them as personal property as I wouldn't just give the numbers out to just any one.
Can I be made to give these numbers over. Or, is this just a stupid thing make an issue of?
Thanks.
Why wouldn't you want the father to be able to call his sons? Give Dad the #.
