My husband and I have been separated for over a year now. We still remain good friends though. Long story short - age difference and we simply grew apart. So I'm about to file for a divorce in Maryland State. Officially I still reside in Maryland at HIS home address (most of my mail goes there including work related stuff) but i live in another state. So my question is what address I should or can put in the divorce form:
1. my residency address - but then it would be same as his address and i don't want to compromise the fact that we've been separated for more than 12 months already
2. my address where i currently live in another state
3. some other address in Maryland state

You don't reside in Maryland, officially or otherwise. You are using it as a mailing address. You reside where you are physically located.

Officially I'm a Maryland resident. My driver license has MD address listed which is the same as my husbands. My car is registered at my husband's address. I pay taxes in MD but live in another state. And I don't want to change my residency to another state as of now.

Officially, you are breaking the law(s) of at least one, if not two states.

Why doesn't your husband file the divorce?
