a public help attny. in the criminal courthouse advised me that although free legal aid resouces exist for other varieties of need for counsel, no such resources exist for those who need and cannot afford a property lawyer, and that no property lawyer will give a free consult.

is this so? also, how common or rare are instances of fees paid with a valuable possession, such as a pickup truck (used, 4k or so value) and -0- cash?

You are guaranteed an attorney to defend you against CRIMINAL charges ONLY. Anything else, you're on your own. You have to hire your own attorney for civil cases.

I don't know if property attorneys give free consultations. You'd have to call some and ask them.

I'd say it's very, extremely, totally rare that an attorney would take a vehicle instead of fees. I'd sell the vehicle and use the cash to pay the attorney.

NO i'm going to be outside with the 4 2' x' signs I just prepared. parked directly before it and attorneys exiting they will appear, affixed on our suv. our pickup now occupies the parking space to ensure it's availability.

the details are easily read as you exit the 1 small door the courthouse has left. I will have a more detaled presentation for those interested. I will be passive, seated in the car. were the huge doors w/ wide stairway in use, this would not be practical. I am very tired. I hope it works.

The help you need cant be found in a courthouse. You need a really qualified shrink. Seriously.
