It's been TWO WEEKS, and Dad is just now having someone else look into his options for him, AND someone else calling the local police???

Agreed, that's a futile exercise. While missing children may answer if you call, exploded children will not.

The agencie is missing and exploited children .look it up. And I said they can hook ya Up with your State's clearing house to be sent a thick pamphlet on parental rights.

Babe.... they're poking fun at your typo. If OP isn't on the ball, s/he will be looking up "exploded" instead of "exploited". Which.... really is kind of funny. Roll with it.
