What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I had rented to own a portable for a while to store stuff in while I was building my house. I called them when I was done to come get the building. It's been 3-4 months now and they haven't and won't come and picked it up. When is it considered abandoned?

What reasons, if any, has the company given you for not picking up the portable storage unit? How many times have you tried to contact the company?
