No.

Keep her in school until she graduates.

Besides, a 16 year old is a child and needs to do as she is told.

JennnyjD, a 16 or a 17 year old can be approved to take the GED if they meet the provisions specified in the Arkansas Compulsory Attendance law, Code Ann. 6-18-201.

To determine whether there are any circumstances that might allow for your daughter to qualify for taking the GED without the waiver will require more information from you.
