California. My mom was bought out by my dad and grandfather, they knowingly lied about assets and did not pay her her half. Does she have legal right to go after him for more. She was given an incorrect as semen of the house and denied all assests. Does she have legal recourse to persue her rightfull share?

She needs to speak with a lawyer.
