hi i want divorce from my husband we have been separated since few months but he suddenly disappeared now since one month i m looking for him .police also does`nt help please tell me is there anyway i can get a divorce

But I'll forewarn you. It isn't a DIY project. Not for a layperson. Nor will it effect in personam jurisdiction over the defendant.
