Yeah, kind of sucks that you were breaking the law when you decided to mouth off to the cop. Consider yourself lucky that's all you were charged with.

Well, I hope you learned a lesson. Sometimes it pays to bite your tongue. Now you're stuck dealing with the improper tint and glass citation.

ETA: A citation (ticket) charges you with a violation.
ETA Again: To be more precise, the citation (ticket) lists the violations you are charged with violating.

I understand that but I have her on tape saying the reason she pulled me over was because I said I hope someone punches her in the face not because of the tints that's not proable cause that's someone's Pride being hurt

You just head on in to court with that attitude and belief...I'm sure you'll do well.

I suspect if you fight the tickets (which you wouldn't win if you do have illegal tint and whatever a safety glass issue is) the cop will say that sure she told you that but what she actually pulled you over for is you had these violations and while some people she would ignore, you wanted to be a jerk so she decided she was going to give you the tickets you deserve. So, she pulled you over because you were a jerk. She wouldn't have pulled you over if you had not been a jerk. She knew you had violations. No problems with that stop.

and she doesn't need probable cause but merely reasonable suspicion.

Yea I left the area where I was waiting for my friend then after she was done giving him tickets which he got dismissed btw she pulled me over ten minutes later after looking for me yea sounds like her pride was hurt and I have witness and video proof of why she pulled me over

Contempt of Cop isn't something you'll find in law, but it's real nonetheless. You were found guilty and you're going to pay.

BTW, you have squat. You might have proof of what she SAID she pulled you over for. Cops lie. Cops can lie legally. When dealing with punks with crappy attitudes, I'm happy this is so.

it doesn't matter. She could pull you over because you are a jerk but the legal basis for the reasonable suspicion of a crime was the tinted windows which gave her the legal right to pull a jerk over.

Probably doesn't matter but what state is this?

As far as what she told you - the only thing that matters is what you were charged with.

just a wild guess but I suspect it is New Jersey. There were a few contextual clues that allowed me to make that guess. Here is one that helped me the most:
