Well, I do apologize for not being very ethical in my terms for you silverplum and others. I am absolutely stressed and want what's best for my child. He is the sole purpose of everything I do in school and in the community. I appreciate your efforts as lawyers to give free advice to those that can not afford attorneys and such. I apologize for my less than tasteful words towards you. I do need all the help my little brain can get and I thank you in advance for any help I receive.
Thanks. (In future, you want to watch your mouth and attitude. I'm not kidding: you can't call people names because you don't get what you want immediately upon wanting it.)
I'm NOT an attorney. That doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about, nor that I can't research. It does mean I can't give you legal advice, just as the court clerks can't. It doesn't mean I can't help somebody: for sure nobody helped ME many years ago. That's how I and many of the other senior members came here: to help others.
I'm going to tell you that I thought long and hard about withholding my research from you because you were so nasty: I found it hours ago. Then I decided I am
waaaay bigger than you.

If you aren't in that county, do your own dang googling to find similar at your court. The law is state law and the rules of court are the same throughout the state, but the case management concept is how Anne Arundel County handles their business. http://www.circuitcourt.org/legal-help/civil-law#GeneralInfo
