I won a small claims judgement against an appartment complex that unfairly kept a deposit after denying my application. I have recorded the abstract of judgement with the county. I have some questions:

Is that the same thing as placing a lien on their property?

Can I levy their bank account?

What other options do I have to collect the debt?
