What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado.
I got arrested 3 times when I was a minor and 2 of the cases got dismissed, one I got probation but never served any time in jail, but the question is, can the time I spend in jail while been booked which was only a few hours be consider as serving time or just an arrest?
Thanks in advance.

If you were arrested but not charged, you did not "serve time" in jail (although time spent in jail prior to sentencing can sometimes be credited to the person arrested, charged and convicted).
