You can certainly search for yourself, but if all you're coming up with is CT case law, it's a pretty good bet it's nowhere in the AL statutes.

I just reviewed the PxHx....

I also read up a bit on predictive neglect. Hopefully no sane judge would ever even contemplate addressing the subject of predictive neglect.

Hopefully the Judge will issues an ORDER for OP to pay his ex's legal bills. ;)

Im just educating myself. Sorry if it offends some. My ringer actually has gone in front of the judge and won against the southern company for my case and again to release all medical and void any hippa rights of my x. He's also stated he now understands what I've been telling him for years. As he said, it's very clear now. Doubt I'll be paying her fees. But if I do I can afford it. I do believe an experienced judge would or could decifer a predictive neglect ruling, as some have with PAS. There are reasons why there are more poor, out of work lawyers than my comfortable, experienced, credible ringer. Thanks to those who gave a legit response.

Does your attorney know you call him your "ringer"? And I think we'd all like to know why this "comfortable, experienced, credible" attorney is unemployed. He DOES have a license in your state, right? One that has not been suspended?

Do you not know that PAS has been completely discredited? I am quite sure that predictive neglect will go the same route. You are clearly not in this for the best interest of your child.
