Lol. Thanks for all the advice guys. I will be sure to let you know how court goes. Probably won't be bringing up the turning lane concern. Was able to actually speak to one of the founders of operation stop arm and she confirmed everything y'all have been saying. I would never intentionally endanger a child, and that is a fact. Had I seen the darn bus I would have stopped, but honestly I can't remember if I saw it or I thought it was pulled over. This happened on a day where work cut me early and this neighborhood is in the middle of a business district so I'm not used to seeing school buses or being cut at that hour. I normally leave work at 6PM. I may just honestly tell the judge I don't have $300 is there any other option. Waiting on the summons to come back to me with court date and then I may look into a public defender. Guess my days zipping around are over. You can't go fast or get anywhere without being fined out the ass. I'm fine driving like a grandma. Better than going broke.
