I hope I do this right,I don't want to get anyone upset, here's my question: I hired a Law firm a few months back to fight a debt collector for me,and they got the price down to where I could make affordable payments, yesterday I got another summon to go to court for another credit card debt in 2 weeks. I was going to hire the same law firm, but after looking online at the ones repesenting this credit card company, they are the same law firm I had used in the other case, now,I have other delinquent debts also, and was needing to know, would it be better to file bankruptcy and if so,can I still be sued by this debt I was summoned for yesterday? If you need more infomation, please ask me,I'm new to forums, never used one before,so I hope I did this right.
