If you are in the US, check your state Bar Association for IP attorneys near you (although it will be hard to find an attorney to handle the matter for you for free).

An attorney is smart to have if the domain name dispute has reached the point of a lawsuit, though. It would be hard to handle a trademark infringement suit on your own, for example (possible - just not easy).
