If things are as you say, I would doubt she was really pregnant. Even if she was, there's nothing to be done about that. It was her decision to terminate the pregnancy.

From what you wrote, she left almost immediately after the interview. If that's true, she probably has not received her conditional green card yet. I wonder if she'll come running back once she realized that her green card is only good for two years.

Did you sign anything indicating that the money you received from your soon to be ex-mother-in-law was a loan? How did the money get from her to you? Did she give it to you or to your soon-to-be-ex-wfie?

If she claims it was a loan, it may be considered marital debt that should be addressed in the divorce.

Edward - seriously, you NEED AN ATTORNEY.

Why?

Here's just ONE reason.

Despite what Trump and ORW would prefer to be their reality, it is STILL very difficult to prove marital fraud to the satisfaction of USCIS. You better have some damn good proof if that's the route you want to go, because I guarantee you she's saved up all of those threats to use against you ... and you know what that means? That means she gets a VAWA visa and if you've sponsored her residency you're on the hook to support HER. Think about it. Women who want to tie down a man for the sake of ... well, whatever ... don't typically have abortions as the first order of business Monday morning.

She is going to claim that you abused her, and threatened to turn her in to immigration even though she married you solely out of deep love and affection for you just to hurt her.

Attorney. ASAP.

Because if she is as savvy as you're making her out to be, you're not going to be painted as the victim here - SHE is.
Mark your calendars. Pro has finally stated in plain terms just how much men are at a disadvantage in the legal system with a woman as an adversary. Good job Pro!

She was referring to me OP. I do find it enlightening, this is the close she has ever come to admitting the US has a serious problem with immigration fraud and illegals as Trump and I both believe. Normally she keeps her head in the sand denying it exists. Maybe that is encouraging to believe people who vote will actually vote for a person serious about dealing with the issue instead of profiting from it or denying it.
Unfortunately so... She seems well aware of the fact that everything she's done is wrong, but doesn't seem to care at all.

Well, the EPT kit I bought and she used said she was, the doctor's report saying she had elevated hCG levels, and the morning sickness she had many times is confirmation enough in my book.

Incidentally enough, she's well aware that the green card is conditional, especially since the immigration officer has indeed informed us of that fact, and I even called her out on the fact that the card isn't even here yet... But she beat me to it and said she already filed a change-of-address with both the post office and the USCIS, but even if I don't give it to her, she can apply for a duplicate card (I go for intelligent women but this is the wrong kind of smart IMO :( ).

It's not a loan; they just gave me the money and said that it was mine to keep. Nothing was in writing, and even though it was the mom who proposed the idea, my soon-to-be-ex-wife was the one who handed me the huge stack of 20s since her mom apparently had to use the ATM several times since her bank doesn't have any branches in the US (which apparently exchange fees and foreign ATM fees are cheaper and less complicated than wiring it).

Awww I'm touched! It makes me so, so happy to see my fan-club up and raving about me so early in the day!

Thank you, thank you all!

No, this is more of a matter of how much the naive/gullible are at a disadvantage when they have a savvy adversary. Gender is still irrelevant.

Gender is not irrelevant in too many courts. Men, go for the woman's throat (you can bet and win that's what the woman will do) in court and let me know how that worked for you.
