What's your problem? I guess you didn't understand my question. I am trying to obtain a license but the agency doesn't let me. I am just asking, within the scope of the contract, what my penalty would be. Everybody knows that it's illegal to drive without a license.
Ok jerk, I was nice. I didn't chastise you but simply asked you keep all associated questions together. It is for your benefit as much as anybody elses. I also gave you an answer to your question, which apparently you failed to read.
but here, I'll rephrase it for you:
should you violate your contract, it is up to the other party to enforce the contract and any action available is up to them, as long as it is not illegal. I suspect they will simply send you back to your home country. Continuing to sponsor a person that willingly violates the law causes liability for them as well as sullies their reputation. It is simpler to just get rid of the person that has a problem complying with the contract they signed.
I also stated that it is more likely than not you are not legally allowed to obtain a driver's license and as such, any driving you perform would be illegal and you would be subject to the penalties of the governmental entity involved (fines and/or jail) . On top of that, breaking the law while here on a visa can cause the visa to be revoked which means you would be going home.
clear enough for you?
